Thinsulate is a high-quality form of synthetic insulation made from fibres that are around ten times smaller than other synthetic insulation. Because the fibres are so small, you get much more effective insulation with minimal bulk, which is why Thinsulate is often used to insulate gloves and low-profile insulating jackets.
BDry is a waterproof membrane used in Black Diamond gloves. It effectively acts as a barrier to stop water getting to your hands, which helps you stay warm and dry all day.
Black Diamond have spent years manufacturing climbing and safety hardware with no room for error in manufacture or functionality. They have applied this approach to their clothing range meaning that it has a 100% warranty guarantee. If you’re not totally satisfied with your Black Diamond product they will repair, replace or refund it - no questions asked!

I work in the mountains as a camera man and during the winter your gloves can be your biggest asset when it comes to getting the shot. Someone stole my trusty gloves but they were getting old so I hope they do the new owner well....
I didnt hesitate to get on the EPic TV site whilst I was traveling in Europe and ended up buying these. Best investment ever. The Leather palm is really quite strong like they say and the fact that they have sticky grip palm to them too is second to none when your climbing rocks to a crazy shooting position or carrying your gear.
They are not for mid winter but either side they are perfect when you dexterity and warmth. I cant wait to get in the snow again and these gloves will be with me every time.
